Healthy Week, 9 - 13 June
Please remember that children need to come to school in their PE kit (house t-shirt, shorts or joggers and trainers) every day next week. They will be taking part in activities related to health and fitness all week including dance and skipping workshops. Further details are in the letter which came home earlier in the week.

Book Fair, 10 - 13 June

The book fair will be running in the hall from Tuesday to Friday next week before and after school. Please do come along and have a browse – there are lots of titles to choose from and every book you buy helps to earn free books for the school. The book company (Travelling Books) also offer a web based ‘click and collect’ service at www.travellingbooks.co.uk which allows parents to choose at home, pay online and have their books delivered to the book fair. Any parent buying two books online can claim a third book free at the book fair.

Science Club cancelled, 10 June
Science Club is not running on Tuesday 10th June as Clare will be away with Year 6.

Sainsbury’s vouchers
The Sainsbury’s voucher scheme has now finished for this year so please return any vouchers you may still have by Friday 13 June.

Swimming kit (Year 2)
Please return any swimming kit your child may have borrowed as soon as possible.

Hugh Kay, Chestnut Class, came back with the wrong wellies at half-term (Mothercare, blue, size 10, unnamed). His are size 1, John Lewis blue ones, labelled Hugh Kay.

Charlotte Craigie, Hazel Class, has lost her named M&S blue quilted jacket.

Lora Stoyanova, Hazel Class, has mislaid her glasses with dark pink frames.


Summer Fair - Sunday 8 June @ 12pm
We are looking forward to a sunny afternoon on the School Field enjoying the bouncy castle, face painting, drumming, games, ice creams, hot food, cream teas and much more. Please come along with your family and friends and join in the fun.

Don't forget to hand in all raffle tickets and money before the draw.

We will need help to set up the Fair on Friday evening (7pm - 9pm) and Saturday afternoon (3pm - 5pm). If you can spare an hour to help, we would be grateful as there's a lot to do and many hands make light work.

Year R Coffee Morning - Friday 13 June: Jo McGee is hosting a coffee morning for Year R parents at her house (21 Pewley Bank) on Friday 13 June after drop-off.

Year 1 Coffee Morning – Thursday 19 June: Suzanne Walsh will kindly host another chance for Year 1 Coffees and Catch-up on Thursday 19th after drop off at: 63 Lancaster Ave, GU1 3JR.
