This is an exciting opportunity for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support learning and progress in our junior school.

The role will include supporting named children with learning needs across year groups, either in class or through focused 1:1 and group work, working alongside the Teacher and our SEND team. This is a varied role and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to confidently cope in a demanding environment and deal with changing situations. Although this is a full time role, part-time may be considered for the right candidate.

The role demands the ability to work as a member of a team and the ability to deliver programmes to individuals and groups of pupils. Applications are invited from interested parties who:

  • have good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English & Maths at Grade C/equivalent or above)
