School Secretary

A rare opportunity has arisen for a School Secretary to join our vibrant and supportive Front Office team at Holy Trinity, our Junior site. The successful candidate will have

  • excellent administration skills along with a warm, friendly, can-do approach to delivering an effective and efficient service
  • a solid general education to at least GCSE level as well as a secretarial qualification
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • the ability to prioritise workload
  • proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • preferably have experience of working in a school

Working hours

This is a part time position working 4 days a week from 09h15 to 17h45, term time only. Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

SEND Teaching Assistant

We are recruiting for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work with a child to support them transitioning between activities in the classroom and with behaviour. This is a full time position. Training will be provided, but previous experience would be advantageous.

We offer a supportive working environment in pleasant surroundings with parking and hot meals available on-site.
